How is Permanent Makeup Applied?
During Cosmetic Implantation, tiny bits of colored pigments are deposited into the second layer, the dermal layer, of the skin with the use of a small digital tattoo pen. Micro-Pigment Implantation is hygienic and completely safe!
Does it Hurt?
Due to the use of Topical Anesthetic, discomfort is minimal, ensuring your relaxation and enjoyment. Each individual is different, and even if you are someone who is more sensitive then others, additional Topical Anesthetic can be applied throughout the process when needed. Some swelling or redness may occur after, but a take-home After Care kit is provided with additional instructions.
How Long Does It Last?
While the initial Implantation leaves the color seeming dark, color does lighten between 15% - 25% within the first week as healing occurs. Once the healing process finishes and the soft natural color remains, touchups should not be needed for 3-5 years, possibly longer depending on how they are maintained!
